Rysa provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support automation and collaboration in modern teams. This includes (but is not limited to) integrations, release workflows, AI-powered documentation generation, and process enhancement tools.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features without notice. Specific functionality may differ across plans, regions, or users.
We offer subscription plans (such as Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) which may evolve over time. Plan names, prices, features, and trial periods are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated via our website, email, or in-app messages.
By continuing to use our Services after such notifications, you agree to the revised terms.
Some plans may offer a trial period. Trials are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion. If you cancel during a trial, you won’t be charged. After a trial, unless canceled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially used periods.
We apply commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. While we encrypt data in transit and at rest, we are not currently SOC-2 certified. However, we are actively preparing for SOC-2 compliance and will make documentation available upon completion.
You retain full ownership of any text, files, or other content you submit to the Services ("Content"). You grant Rysa a limited license to process, store, and display your Content solely as necessary to provide, operate, and maintain the Services for you.
Our Commitment to Your Data: We will not use your Content to train our or any third-party's artificial intelligence models. Your Content is yours, and it will only be used to deliver the service you have signed up for.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process this Content, especially when using integrations with third-party services.

We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to this collection and use.

Rysa and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, branding, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Services without permission.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYSA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA.
IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rysa and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved individually and not via class action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
